What You Can Expect

When you contact Grit & Grace, you’re not submitting your information into a black hole. I personally review every inquiry and respond within 24–48 hours. From there, I’ll help guide you toward the best session option or create a custom quote if needed. Together, we’ll plan something that feels easy, thoughtful, and true to you.

Booking & Payment Details

To secure your session or event date, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total investment.

For portrait sessions, the remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

For small weddings and events, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

For weddings and events, I will also meet with you in person at your venue ahead of time to walk through details, discuss your timeline, and ensure everything is thoughtfully planned so your day runs smoothly.

• Desired date or time frame

• No idea is too small, and no question is ever a bother.

Rescheduling & Weather Policy

Life happens, and flexibility matters. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Your retainer may be applied toward one rescheduled date, subject to availability.

For outdoor sessions, weather is monitored closely. If conditions are unsafe or not ideal for photography, we will work together to reschedule or adjust the session location. Final decisions regarding weather-related changes will be made with care for safety, lighting, and overall image quality.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date under these guidelines.

A Quick Note on Availability

To ensure every client receives the attention and care they deserve, I accept a limited number of sessions and events each month. If your date is flexible, feel free to mention that in your message.
